I've been tracking Gladden Farms since 2007 and the numbers are really interesting.
If you purchased your home a few years back and are contemplating a move, NOW might be the perfect timing. I did a study on homes sized 1200-1800 square feet in our neighborhood and found that the average day on the market was 36 days. That's looking at 2016 in its entirety! This graph shows the history of sales in the Community of Gladden Farms. Most significantly, Appraisers are telling us that foreclosures and short sales no longer have an impact on resale value.
