There Go The Pansies!

Tucson, AZ and vicinity got a winter storm warning for this weekend, with snow expected in all the unexpected places.  I woke up to sunny skies and wet ground, but received a text from South Tucson asking how much snow Marana received, (because they got "lots") and went online to find a past client's beautiful snowy vistas near Oro Valley, AZ on Facebook display.

Of course, I immediately emailed to see if I could share them with folks on my blog site!  The desert is indeed beautiful, but touched by a snowy blanket, quickly becomes something magical.

Happy Sunday, and enjoy a little snow from the SW Desert today!  Highs are expected in the 80's for this Wednesday, March 2, 2011.
