The Average Sales Price for the entire month of April 2016 was $221,260 an 3.88% increase from March 2016. Median sales price was $176,000 As of June 4, 2016 -- there are 3,898 overall new and existing homes for sale listed in metropolitan Tucson, including Oro Valley, Vail, and Marana. This includes townhomes, condos, single family residences, and mobile homes.
For a broad answer, we will stick to single family existing residences for these statistics. This brings that number to 2,874 available homes as of June 4, 2016. Homes range from $44,900 to $6,500,000. There are 1,077 homes specifically priced between 250K and 500K.
