Today Was An Amazing Day
I decided to write a quick blog about it just to look back upon when I have one of those days that's a little less...inspiring. I love being a REALTOR® with the challenges, the variety, and the people, but like any job, one has good days and then occasionally, not-so-good days.
This morning we had a successful final walk through, signed documents, and put a "stamp on" a wonderfully smooth, 2-week closing. Nice!
I received word that an offer was accepted for another client and we're moving forward into escrow. Hallelujah!
And best of all - a challenging negotiation period between buyer and seller worked out for my client -- and for this I thank the other agent as well.
Whew - ready for a good night's sleep and on to what tomorrow may bring...
