Statistics are out from the Tucson Multiple Listing Service for Tucson Metropolitan area and homes for sale Tucson for the month of September 2011.
Some of the highlights of the September housing statistics include a decrease of total sales volume from last month, along with a decrease in average sales price as well from August. Prices are down an average of 2.74%
New listings have increased. They are up by 4.15 percent over the past month with a total of 5,155 active listings in September.
Most sales have taken place in the $100-119K range, with the least being homes $400,000 and up.
