Fairway - the Fast Way to Signing and Closing on your New Home
I've been working with Hal Timinsky for several years, a mortgage officer with over 25 years experience. Last month he informed me that he was switching to a new office at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation here in Tucson, AZ.
My first thought was, "Well if it ain't broke..." but I listened to Hal's excitement over his new position and placement and thought, well, we will give it a try. Two of my current clients were working with him his first week at Fairway.
Yesterday, after 18 business days, Fairway sent over the completed FHA loan package to my Landmark Title and Escrow officer for preparing documents. It was especially poignant because my client was able to purchase her new hope with the help of her recently passed husband of four years. He'd left her a life insurance policy and she told me they'd always dreamed of buying a home together. Yesterday was 7 months to the day that her husband passed, and she was signing the docs on her new home.
Talk about meaningful. Talk about memorable. Talk about professional service from Hal Timinsky from Fairway Mortgage AND Becky Page at Landmark Title, two of my favorite partners in a Tucson, AZ real estate transaction.
