A couple of tidbits from our March report of the Multiple Listing Service of Southern Arizona.
Total Sales Volume has increased almost 18.5% since one year ago with the average sales price up 3.33% since last month.

There has been a significant increase in total sales units, from 1,055 in February to 1,480 in March, over 40% from the month before and a 16.08% increase over March 2015
New Listings are up slightly, have increased 2.31% from February. However, the total ACTIVE listings is down 5.44% from a month ago. Times on the market have also continued to drop, 57 in March from 65 in February .
