Wondering what's the newest in our Tucson Area Real Estate market this past month?
Well, our total sales volume continues to increase!
While currently just about 2% more than July, our numbers are still up close to 16% more from a year ago August.
Average SOLD price is up as well. Looking at the entire Tucson Metropolitan area which includes Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, Vail, Sahuarita, etc., our numbers are up marginally with an average of $220,774.
New listings are up a BIT from July but overall down 4.28% from last year. This amounts to a decrease in total active listings available by .43%.
Listings continue to sell more quickly, taking an average for the area of 48 days.
