SWDesertHomes in Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, Vail & More!: Choose The Words For the Life you Wish to Live

Choose The Words For the Life you Wish to Live

I was browsing blog postings this morning and came across the question, "What does your Business mean to you?"

It made me stop, think, and decide I should share those feelings with today's blog.

I've learned some momentous things this year, but the biggest lesson I've learned in 2020 is that I am not  yet done with real estate. Stay at home orders, virtual meetings, online listing and selling presentations -- we've had to adapt and grow this year of Covid.  And, I intend to survive.

Marana Desert Splendor - Working with a real estate agent

That joy of working with clients' dreams, helping with challenges and solutions, being an integral part of folks' lives...that's IMPORTANT to me, in fact, it's foundational.  If I truly want to be of service to my prospects, clients, sphere of influence, business relationships, etc....then, I must adapt, evolve, grow, and -- stay positive.  And I must stay out of my own mind - after all - it is about my client's needs and how I can assist and help through a smoothly-run transaction.

I watched a wonderful zoom meeting yesterday where I was reminded of the value of the words we use.

Marana Desert Splendor - Working with a real estate agent

"What does my business mean to me?" It means waking with passion for the day, a problem-solving, proactive mentality, and harnessing the courage to grow and change.

I'd love to be a part of YOUR real estate transaction in 2021 and beyond.  Let's work together for beyond a "good" real estate transaction.  Let's strive for excellence,  distinctive service, and above all, rewarding teamwork.

Hi Cara for sure 2020 has caused many changes for all of us and how we do business. I'm not done with real estate either.  I so enjoy our clients!

Love this......"What does my business mean to me?" It means waking with passion for the day, a problem-solving, proactive mentality, and harnessing the courage to grow and change.

Hello Cara - it's sounds as if you have a goal of thriving, not merely surviving --- good luck today and in the future.

The dog is certainly jumping for joy!  No doubt many of us, if not all of us, have had to adapt, drop and roll, and evolve our business to meet the COVID challenges.

Hi Cara- glad to see you at the Zoom meeting yesterday!  And YES, it's important that we choose carefully the words we use for the life we want. The photo of the dog jumping up says it all.

Good morning Cara Marcelle Mancuso - I agree with Michael Jacobs .  I have talked before about thriving.  We should make that our goal for 2021.

Words are so important in our lives and how we live by what we say and do and think we can do as well. Nice post.

Love this post, Cara! It's so true - the words we use matter SO much, not only in our day but, in others' days as well. Loved Rocky's presnetation last Tuesday and was so happy to see you there too.

Hope to see you there tomorrow!

Hi Cara:

I love the optimism in your post - I am not done with real estate either and at this point see years ahead of helping buyers and sellers however I can.

Wish I had been able to make that Zoom call - sounds like it was a very good one!

PS - I bet you know Michele O'Brien and Pam Ruggeroli, right?

I believe a positive attitude brings out your aptitude that results in your actions to achieve your goals and objectives. Sometimes, however, we must adapt to circumstances beyond our control and innovate, create and become adept in communication skills. Great post.

My daughter is a Starbucks manager and she is opening a new store. She was trying to come up with a statement that reflects the store's vision. I suggested using verbs first to find one or two that gave her a direction. I think she found what she was looking for. Words are so important to our mental state!
